Free website demonstrations
A free demo is an MVP homepage concept showing a proposed direction. It is not a completed production website and may contain placeholder copy or imagery. Demo designs remain owned by Southern Automate and may not be copied, transferred, or used commercially without a paid project agreement.
Invitation-only mock dashboard
Mock-dashboard access is temporary, revocable, and limited to invited prospects. Users may only upload material they have the right to use. Demo access expires after 24 hours, and expired records and files are scheduled for deletion.
Code ownership
Under standard project pricing, Southern Automate retains ownership of the source code. Full source-code ownership may be purchased for twice the standard build price. Transferred code is delivered as-is and is not hosted, updated, maintained, or supported by Southern Automate.
Hosting and updates
Hosting is included while a website remains within normal usage and infrastructure limits. At least 30 days’ notice will be provided if third-party costs require revised terms. Minor content updates are included for two weeks after launch. An optional $25 monthly plan includes up to one minor content update per week; unused updates do not roll over.
Payment plans
Projects over $750 require a 20% deposit. When a monthly plan is selected, a 20% payment-plan charge is applied to the remaining project balance and divided into 12 payments. A website is suspended on the day after the second missed payment and deleted on the day after the third missed payment, subject to the signed project agreement.
