Information collected
Southern Automate collects information you voluntarily submit through project, contact, free-demo, and invitation-only demonstration forms. This may include your name, business name, email, phone number, project details, uploaded images, and other information you provide.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare website demonstrations and quotes, provide requested services, operate temporary demonstrations, prevent abuse, and maintain website security.
Temporary dashboard data
Invitation-only mock dashboard workspaces are private to the invited user. Demo records and uploaded files expire after 24 hours and are scheduled for deletion. Expired access may be revoked before physical cleanup completes.
Service providers
Southern Automate may use hosting, analytics, database, file-storage, email, and automation providers to operate the website. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services.
